At White Pearl Threads, each piece is thoughtfully handmade & carefully quality checked prior to dispatch.

Due to the nature of our products and our limited, one-of-a-kind drops, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. We kindly ask that you choose carefully when placing your order.

Our Towel Wrap Skirts are designed to be adjustable and flexible in fit. We recommend reviewing our Size Guide prior to purchasing.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Your email must include clear photos of the item along with a brief description of the issue. Each case will be assessed individually.

Please note for faulty items:

- We do not accept responsibility for damage caused after wear

- Shipping costs are non-refundable
