All our products are gift wrapped with care, so please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be dispatched after each Drop.

Domestic Shipping
Standard & Express Shipping with Australia Post is a no-signature required service, meaning your parcel may be left at your front door, letterbox, or another safe & accessible area at the delivery address.

We do not take responsibility for any loss or damage to parcels once they have left our premises.

Once a parcel has been marked as delivered to your nominated address, White Pearl Threads is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft that may occur.

International Shipping + Customs Policy
International shipping is calculated based on weight. Please note that orders containing multiple skirts may incur higher shipping costs.

Packages may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can sometimes cause delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. White Pearl Threads is not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

If your order is cancelled due to our Order Discretion Clause, a full refund will be issued.
